The same tester then tried creating a cmyk file and saving that as a jpeg-compressed tiff. That's the one that comes out as cmyk, but displays wrong. To further confuse you, it's only wrong if it was saved in Photoshop CS3. Save it in CS1 or CS4 and it's correct. Do the message for this list show up in the actual sent order?
