Hi,

I am using the Tiff library and notice the extreme lack of documentation
for windows 95.  I have used the makefile.w95 using Microsoft Visual C++
5.0   I have had some weird things being said.  For instance, the big
endian setting in tiffconf.h is set for 0 for the intel machine, yet the
TIFF_encoder.c file states that it is a problem during compilation.  I
also had to undefine LOGLUV_SUPPORT due a TIFFcodec.c link problem some
with INITSGI thing?  So...   If someone had fine tuned the makefile, I
would love to see it.

I also ran man2html on all the documentation files if someone is
interested.
