I've just posted draft 2 of TIFF Technote 3 at

This technote covers improvements for floating point image data 
support available in Photoshop CS2.

Since Draft 1 I've added a copyright statement and software license 
statement, cleaned up formatting and corrected (I hope) the exponent 
bias values for the 16 and 24 bit floating point formats.

Let me know if you see any errors, and if I need to provide more 
details anywhere.
