I am using the 3.8.2_1 libtiff version and I saw that some fixes below have been released since this version.

Where can I find the last revision?

It can be fetched from Anonymous CVS following the instructions at:

   http://www.remotesensing.org/libtiff/

You would likely want the latest version from the 3.9 branch, rather than CVS head if you want to use it with libtiff 3.8.2.

For your convenience I will email that version to you off list.
