LibTiff Mailing List

hello i'm looking for a lib to handle tiff format.

I'm programing on a pc with visual c++ ver 4 for windows nt/95.

can someone please help me find a dll/lib file that is already working 

I'm not a pro and don't know how to convert the lib's from plain c.
