Does anybody on the list know of a low cost solution to display tiff G4 images from netscape/IE without using a plug-in?

We wish to store tiff images in ORACLE long raw field on the server and display them in the browser in an intranet environment. (We have an Oracle Web server & Oracle 7.3)
