I sent Sam the tags for TIFF/IT several months ago. Don't know whether he
has included them in any distribution yet.
I believe that you sent me the tag definitions to add to tiff.h. I see
no changes in the code to support these tags; presumably you're supporting
them in a private version and/or through the extension mechanism. If you
intended to send me more than the #defines please send them to me again.
As to when the revised tiff.h with these definitions will appears; I'm
not sure. I'm accumulating changes to the software but haven't yet
received anything that appears to warrant a new distribution (i.e. no
important bug fixes or significant enhancements). If I don't get anything
soon that warrants an immediate distribution, I'll probably put out a
patch for v3.4 in January.
