That means the new OJPEG decoder handles most of the OldJPEG TIFFs
existing, at least more than previous decoder was able to handle. In
particular it can decode TIFFs produced by that old Microsoft tool that
I've never seen but a lot of people seems to be using.

And it does not requre patched libjpeg as it was with previous decoder.
