Chris, I've tried the following packages: ACDSee Windows XP Viewer Microsoft Office Document Imaging Corel Draw Irfanview (crashes) ThumbsPlus (TIFF library error: LZWDecode: Bogus encoding, loop in the code table: scanline 0, not enough data at scanline 0) Some Competing Imaging Toolkits Photoshop Elements 2.0 (reads the image fine) Photoshop CS (reads the image fine) So it seems that only Adobe products can read this image.
