Sorry if this is a pain, but if someone could point me to a FAQ about this mailing list, my questions below could be answered.

1) has anything happened with the TIFF Standard in a LONG time?
     a) JBIG support documented
     b) PNG support
     c) etc.

It seems that the TIFF standard has stagnated in the light of PDF, etc. Does anyone have a feel for and influence where it's going?
