I see that Niles Ritter has not updated his TIFF website since Feb 1997. Is there a more recent TIFF website elsewhere?

Some things have been updated, though ironically the "date updated" has not. A lot of the links to software are very stale, but I have updated the Adobe link for reserving new tiff tags, etc. I've got more time now to go back and look at all this stuff so will make an effort to straighten out the pages.
