I actually don't even need them, I have such testfiles. But I wanted to make sure that I documented specifically the ones that the original poster has produced, in his particular workflow. It's unlikely that there's anything substantially different about them, but this way I can give all specific offsets and such and that should ease the path to building the code he needs with his testfiles at hand.
