Hi there, 
  I found a piece of code to convert tiff to bitmp with libtiffdelphi,
it is working fine. However, the bitmap size is HUGE after conversion. I
would like to convert the tiff to jpeg, but I don't know anything about
tiff, anyone show me a piece of code please?
