This is a Windows programming question, completely unrelated to TIFF,
so this is the wrong mailing list for your questions.

Anyway, HWNDCLASS should be WNDCLASS, the rest is mostly typing errors.

Please find someone in your neighbourhood who can help you with basic
programming instruction.
