Folks, 

Scott Marovich of HP has contributed an implementation of OJPEG (Old
Broken JPEG) support that works well with some of the old sample files
available.  If anyone is interested in trying it out, it is available
in libtiff CVS now.  To enable it you will need to do the usual stuff
to get JPEG support working, and also define OJPEG_SUPPORT in tiffconf.h
or in the makefile.

I would appreciate any comments on it.  I have used it successfully with
tiffrgba.  I haven't tried much else with it. 

I can provide windows binaries if there is sufficient interest.
