It seems that libtiff 3.9.X is not all it should be on AIX.  On this 
system, HAVE_INT32 is set to 1 in tiffconf.h.  This might be fine if 
it was always true but apparently it is only true if <stdio.h> has 
been included.  Libtiff HEAD uses a completely different strategy and 
does not rely on an OS type like 'int32' or 'uint32'.

There are reports that GraphicsMagick does not work properly with 
libtiff 3.9.4 on AIX.
