We have a number of JPG scans that appear large and unweildy in IExplorer.
Is there a viewer installable by CAB file that allows on screen reduction
(Fit to Width etc, Slider for % size) and Zoom in/out?
 
Also, can certain types of TIF files be brought into Word and edited, as in
scan a form and clean it up in Word97?
