Here is two tiff that generated by the same image but different output:

http://bearhome.dyndns.org/1.tif
http://bearhome.dyndns.org/2.tif

The only one byte different is in position 0x5d0d
One is 0x5C, another one is 0x00

I don't know why but this is trouble me a lot.
