Jeff Urlwin - Two followup questions to your terrific information - 1. Does your utility handle the print-spooling issues directly? I've seen many large print jobs blowup due to improper resource mgmt from the OS. 2. My backend print-system is Xerox based. I'd have to check their internal data format, but does your product (what's the name?) manage Xerox datafiles also? (They convert TIF, PDF, JPG etc to their common, internal (proprietary?) print format. Gary Hewitt ghewitt@scan-america.com
