I create a tiff with ImageMan by Data Techniques, Inc. and convert the file
with tiff2pdf. The pdf appears as all black in Adobe ReaderX, Acrobat 9, and
all browser PDF viewers.

I create a tiff with ImageLib by SkyLine Tools, Inc. or Pixel Translations
Inc. and convert the file with tiff2pdf.  The pdf renders successfully in
Adobe ReaderX, Acrobat 9, and all browser PDF viewers.

I’m running Windows 7.

When creating the tiff with ImageMan, I set all the baseline tags to the
same values that tiffinfo displayed for the tiff images created by the other
two tools (ImageLib & Pixel Translations).

Any thoughts as to why the PDF is appearing as all black? tiff2pdf does not
complain when converting the image and the size of the pdf does not change
regardless of the tool that creates the tiff.
