I tried using tiffcp to convert monochrome files to Group 4 compression. Unfortunately, in Imagining, the results are inverted, i.e. white letters on black background rather than black letters on white background. Tiffinfo says that the Photometric Interpretation tag is set to "min-is-black". As far as I can tell, it should be "min-is-white"

I have a lot of files to convert and would like to batch convert them similiar to the way tiffcp can be used. Is there a batchable (if that's a word) utility program, perhaps in libtiff, that can be used to fix this "feature"?

Second question: are there libtiff subroutines available that could be used with VBA?
