libtiff 3.5.2 cannot be compiled because tools/tiff2rgba.c is missing.

This problem has been corrected, and a new 3.5.2 distribution including a number of missing files is now available at:

http://www.libtiff.org/tiff-v3.5.2.tar.gz

The distribution generation targets in the makefile have been changed to no longer capture distributions based on file lists, as this proved a problem to keep up to date.
