Hey Joe! I can read both of your images just fine, and they look exactly the same (though the darker colors in the ycbcr file are a little darker than in the rgb file, but I guess probably my ycbcr conversion routines are to blame). So, I guess the reading wrapper is to blame here, as I suspected. Now, what do you plan to do about it? If you like, I can send you the parts of my wrapper that are used for this image, to take a look at, but it is in... pascal (guess you thought that language didn't exist anymore, but we Delphinians do still use it). Let me know if it's interesting to you, anyway. Joris
