Hello, folks, The new version of the libtiff package has been released. You can grab sources from the our FTP site: ftp://ftp.remotesensing.org/libtiff/tiff-3.7.2.tar.gz ftp://ftp.remotesensing.org/libtiff/tiff-3.7.2.zip Release notes are here: http://www.remotesensing.org/libtiff/v3.7.3.html (that site will be updated shortly, right now it does not contain the new release info). Sorry for delay with the promised release, our services migrated from the one server to another. The key features of the new release: * Replace runtime endianess check with the compile time one. * Added support for the new predictor type (floating point predictor), defined at the TIFF Technical Note 3. * Added Support for custom tags, passed by value. Added support for all DNG tags. * Many bugfixes in all parts of the library.
