We might have information about this issue if you had provided us with 
some information.  For example, this is pretty obvious information 
necessary for any bug report:

   o libtiff version
   o application using libtiff
   o operating system used
   o CPU type
   o a link to the file (or the file)
   o a description of "libtiff library fails"
