Try our viewer, Trapeze Pro. You can get a free evaluation copy of our web
site http://www.onstreamsystems.com
Turn thumbnails on, pick the thumbnails you want to have in a file and go
File/ Save Selection.
Trapeze will handle files with 20,000 pages at least.
