Thanks for helping with the work. Please remember to update the ChangeLog file since this is the reference used when the release change notes are prepared. I see full details in the CVS log, but CVS is clunky and it can difficult to extract the useful logs.

I am unlikely to make the time to go through distributions' patches and see if there is anything there worth upstreaming. So if someone is ambitious...

Usually it is not worth doing this and some of the patches have been bogus.
