I have made a tiled tiff image and i was thinking about using it for
converting raw data to A3 600X600Dpi images using jpeg compression. In the
tiff specification it said that tiled tiffs are ideal for large dpi images
using jpeg compression. I have tested this when creating a tiff image from
raw data. There seems to be no big difference performance wise to the
stripped method. Is this correct?. Have i misunderstood what the
specification stated?
