What does contrib/iptcutil do? I can't see any documentation with the source. Does it read the IPTC info from a file or add the metadata to a file? I've compiled and tried it on a sample image but to no avail. The only command that achieves anything is: iptcutil -b -i test.iptc which seems to convert the sample text file into the required format for an image tag.
