The ITU sells the specification - I guess their web site is www.itu.ch The codes are listed in the TIFF 6.0 spec, which is available, hmmm.... dunno off-hand. Probably at www.adobe.com, or search for TIFF6.pdf EOL is 11 (or more) zeros followed by a 1.
