There is not much value to discussing a new large TIFF format unless there is an appointed editor for the format specification. This could be someone at Adobe (since they presumably still have the master document and are the copyright holder), or it could be someone else, and the document could be a change specification from the current TIFF standard. Is there a volunteer to perform this editor function? We also need a volunteer steering committee to perform official voting (so decisions are official) and to work out any issues.
