Which libraries would you recommend if I wanted to
display a TIFF on the screen and print a TIFF on a printer
for the following situation:

1) final s/w executable is a MS-DOS application
2) using Borland C++ 4.51
3) printer is dot matrix (this will be tricky)

Any help would be greatly appreciated...
