Definitely, NOT a conditional define. Some way of specifying whether pre-multiplied images should be returned would be nice although I don't know offhand how you would do this without breaking ABI compatibility. You probably shouldn't expect to see it in libtiff unless you're willing to contribute suitable patches. :) -Edward
