Are you sure your tiff2pdf binary uses the latest 3.6.1 library binary? It is possible you haven't /usr/local/lib path in the dinamic linker database, so the newest tiff2pdf binary links with the old library in /usr/lib (3.5.7, I'm guess). -- Andrey V.
