Hello,

I am using the 3.8.2 and I  have a problem when I try to read or 
write a YcbCr Image.

I get the message:

    JPEGLib: Warning, Application transferred too many scanlines.

and my program fails.

I  tried to get the CVS version (may be it's fixed in it??) but I 
didn't manage to get it:

    cvs [login aborted]: connect to 
    cvs.maptools.org(209.217.116.153):2401 failed: Connection timed out

Can I have some help???
