I have LIBTIFF 3.7.1 on Windows. If I try to write a gray-level (8-bit)
image, I get the message "LZW compression support is not configured". I've
cobbled together the routine that writes the image from some of the examples
that came in the installation. Do I need to manually configure for LZW
support somewhere?
