Thanks Edward, that's exactly what I was looking for. There is command line for 64 Bit in the tools which works as expected.

Hi there, how do I compile a libtiff in 64 bit on a Windows XP ( also 64 bit )? A quick look in the archives didn't really give me any help. My target is the latest beta of libtiff 4.0.
