Grand!

I am very gratefull, in any case! Yes, I very much appreciate receiving
them. My e-mail address is joris.at.lebbeke@skynet.be.

If Frank and the majority of this mailing list consent to it, I'd like to
take it one step further, as mentioned before. I'd like to filter away all
spam and unanswered or otherwise irrelevant issues, group the remainder,
perhaps by TIFF flavor or something, and build a good index. Perhaps link
this with a little TIFF tag viewer app, so as to be able to automatically
group and list all relevant available knowledge applicable to any given TIFF
page or something. I'd like to put this structured archive on-line for
public download, for free of course, with the same licence as covers
LibTiff. I realize there may be copyright issues, after all, these mails are
not mine, even if they are public. That is why I consult the group and
especially Frank to see if there are objections to this plan. If the vast
majority of you give your blessing, I'm very willing to put in the time it
takes, and take care of other issues like hosting the results of my efforts.

If there are objections, I still like to build a good archive for myself,
for personal use. That is why I am very happy with your response, Phillip,
either way, and I am gratefull for anyone offering additional archives.
Thanks again!!

Joris
