Just FYI, since there appears to be some confusion as to whether the list has 
actually been redirected yet . . . ;-)

In case the decision has not yet been taken, I'll chime in that I have also 
volunteered to host this list - at hylafax.org. I didn't mention it here since 
Sam explicitly asked people to contact him directly ;-) Since HylaFAX and 
libtiff are historically linked, not to mention formerly developed by the same 
individual, I think it would make a neat package.
