I use the command line utilities like tiffinfo and tiffdump often- the versions I have are windows executables from an older version of the library. I'd like to start working with the current versions, but when I try to use them (working with pre-built .exe files, again) they ask for a DLL file I can't find anywhere online - jpeg62.dll.
