Not in a generic way. It might be possible to define it specifically for
some compression methods, but this has not been done as far as I know.
It has been specifically excluded from the JPEG-in-TIFF specification
(TIFF Technote 2), and there's no JPEG2000-in-TIFF spec yet, I think.
