I don't know exactly what "Want TIFF" means - could aou post an URL to a sample file, please?
It's "Wang" TIFF - from the small amount I've found on such files on the web, they're based on the normal TIFF format, but they include Wang extensions.
I've uploaded an example file, around 500kb. The URL is here:
