Any changes to the libtiff-lzw-compression kit because of the changes to the "stock" tif_lzw.c?

This particular change don't need to be incorporated into lzw-compression-kit, because code works correctly there. Problem arrives due to removing encoding stuff from the stock tif_lzw.c.
