Hi,

I would like to know, if somebody had some issues with Matlab2019 or Matlab 2020 when you try to open a stack tiff file. I've never had problems with Matlab2017.

When I try to read my file:

Tiff(fname, 'r');

Warning: TIFF library warning - 'TIFFReadDirectory: TIFF directory is missing required "StripByteCounts" field, calculating from imagelength.'

I saw, the problem was here:

obj.FileID = tifflib('open',filename,mode);
