I am looking for a command line tiff cropping tool for Windows platform. General Public License preferred.

There is an ImageMagic "convert" but it's too big(4MB) for my purpose.

What about pnmcut utility from the NetPBM package?

And if your input files all have the same type and organization it is very easy to write a C program to crop them.
