I did publish tiff_dump/tiff_split result files and also tiffsplit results: ftp.aeromap.com/gok/12_bits_tiff

Hope you can bring some quick suggestions for conversion.

Its pretty big file (90M), has about 10 images, photometric shows CCIR 601.

Wow, but do you have slightly smaller sample (90K instead of 90M ;-)? And what tiffinfo and tiffdump utilities report about your image?
