I've downloaded and installed the libraries, the tools, and everything else I can find on the download page but I can't seem to find the tiff2pdf executable or source (I've got the man page). Is this still included in the distribution? Could someone point me towards it?

tiff2pdf is included in all recent releases. It must be there already and will be in all consequent distributions.
