Would be most excellent...
I could require contact information on unregistered tags that are used as private tags, as a standard policy. Would an e-mail address be sufficient? Do you think it best to also include that contact info on the HTML pages, or include it in the off-line data only?
We'd need a name, company, and email address - same as the normal TIFF registration form on adobe.com Knowing the purpose or use would also be nice.
As for public or private - that's up to each company/person.
