I don't know if this is a sudden change, but all libtiff URLs located on remotesensing.org, include the http URLs and ftp download URLs are no longer resolving. Is this a permanent change?
If so, do all the sources need updating to point to the new canonical location? There are a lot of them throughout the source tree, including bugzilla tickets and changelog entries, and in all source files.
Should http://download.osgeo.org/libtiff/ be used for all source downloads from now on?
