There is some information about this at this URL which I found, believe it or not, by doing a google search on 32932.

Nevertheless, the page is currently returned only as third or fourth search result on '32932'. With other, more common numbers, you might have been less lucky. Thus, the search page http://www.awaresystems.be/imaging/tiff/tifftags/search.html might be more usefull when looking for information on any specific tag - it does support tag code number queries amongst other things, but you will need to have JavaScript enabled to use it. Another option is to prepend 'tiff tag' to your search query in Google, that will almost certainly return our tag page as first search result.

This also seems like an excellent opportunity to post a reminder about the option to submit private tag info. Anyone who wishes to do so, and gain visibility for their company and standards in the process, can simply mail info@awaresystems.be. We will take care of absorbing the information in the TIFF Tag Reference, and include a link to the private tag owning company.
